Our Italian Cooking Classes at Elle Ecoholiday were born exactly from this idea: creating a moment where strangers become a table full of laughter, where flour covers your hands, Aperol Spritzes magically refill themselves, and the smell of homemade pasta slowly fills the air while the sun disappears behind Monte Baldo.

And food has always been our favorite love language.

Together with our Chef Matteo, guests learn how to prepare fresh handmade tagliatelle completely from scratch, using simple ingredients, old traditions, and a lot of smiles.

No stressful lessons. No formal atmosphere. No “tourist experience”.

Just a beautiful evening together in true Elle style.

During the class you will:

🍝 Learn how to make fresh Italian pasta by hand

🍋 Discover little secrets from Italian family traditions

🍷 Enjoy a relaxed aperitivo while cooking

🍰 Prepare one of Italy’s most iconic desserts: Tiramisù

🌿 Spend a slow and authentic evening surrounded by nature and olive trees

And of course… at the end, everyone sits together to enjoy dinner under the Garda sky.
